A wholly-owned subsidiary of Orascom Development Holdings (ODH), Orascom Development and Management (ODM) was established to offer development capabilities to land owners, in return for a substantial stake in the proceeds of real estate sales and will be an additional tool to unleash value in the real estate industry in the region. Over a short period, ODM has partnered with the most prominent investors to develop three residential and touristic real estate projects inside Egypt, with multiple properties currently under development, including five-star hotels, shopping malls, commercial areas and administrative offices. ODM is extending its inherited expertise from ODH in creating master-planned communities to international markets. Ultimately, partnering with ODM gives access to ODH’s enormous pool of expertise.
