Overview
Allegria is a residential project developed over 2.4 million square meters of land, including beautifully landscaped green areas surrounding a signature 18-hole Greg Norman golf course managed by Troon, the world’s leading golf Management Company. The project contains over 1,250 villas and townhouses which are almost fully delivered and a clubhouse covering 32,000 square meters.
Allegria’s master plan was designed by New York-based firm EDAW, which won an award of merit from the American Society of Landscape Architects (ASLA) for their work on the project, making SODIC the first Egyptian company to receive this award. The project has also received the 2013 Cityscape award for Best Residential Project, the CNBC Arabia Property Awards 2008 recognizing Allegria as Best Development and Best Golf Development and a third Arabian Property Award in 2009 for Best Architecture.
